Job Description
Join our team as a Senior Engineer (m/w/d) HVAC / HKLS with Planning Experience in the Datacenter Field. Work on challenging data center projects, lead a specialist project team, and contribute to working towards a livable future.
Requirements
- Completed engineering or master's degree in the field of supply, energy, or building technology
- At least 10 years of professional experience
- TGA experience, especially in planning, realization, and operation of data centers
- Several years of experience in project management and project leadership of medium-sized and large construction projects
- Planning experience across all HOAI performance phases
- Very good knowledge of building regulations, norms, and regulations, especially in the planning and operation of data centers
- Strength in conceptual design
- High advisory competence and developed ability for cross-functional thinking and acting
- Coordination understanding (e.g., architecture, structural planning, electrical supply)
- Enjoyment of database-based planning and security in the use of specific software tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit)
- Communication skills and methodological approach
- Verbal and written fluency in German and English
