Job Description
The Outpatient Crisis Therapist (OCT) provides immediate behavioral health support for individuals experiencing acute distress due to emotional or psychological symptoms or substance use. Requirements
- Master's Degree in a related field
- Current licensure/eligibility
- 2-3 years of clinical experience
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based crisis stabilization models
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
