Job Description
The Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing treatment for clients in outpatient/substance abuse programs. This involves providing direct and collateral therapy, along with documentation and client care plan writing. The Therapist also facilitates group, family, and collateral treatment.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in a Human Services or related field
- Clinical KY Masters-level licensure (CSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP, LMFT, CADC, or LCADC)
- Must hold or be eligible for a clinical KY Masters-level licensure
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to schedule changes
- Consistent, quality treatment to caseload
- Ensuring records are maintained and confidential
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation
- Participation in on-call schedule (when applicable)
- Ability to maintain current licensure and stay within ethical guidelines
