The Therapist has the primary responsibility for the assessment, planning and implementation of the treatment for clients in the Residential Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program. They provide direct services and mobilize resources of the total treatment milieu.
Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited university in a clinical field
- Licensed or license eligible required
- Experience in substance use treatment programs preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Driver's License and insurability
