Job Description
Ramp is a financial operations platform focused on modern finance teams, investing in AI to save companies time and money. They are seeking a Manager of Equity Administration to oversee global equity programs, ensure operational excellence and scalability. The role partners with Legal, People, and vendors to manage all aspects of the equity lifecycle.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in equity administration
- Deep expertise in equity management platforms (Shareworks preferred)
- Strong understanding of U.S. tax and securities regulations for equity compensation
- High attention to detail, analytical rigor, and process orientation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Carta
