Job Description
Ramsey Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer 2 to join their EntreLeadership team. The role focuses on building a world-class web application for small business owners, serving as a one-stop shop for their journey from 'Treadmill Operator' to 'Legacy Builder'. They emphasize a strong company culture, work-life balance, and a mission-driven approach to help people overcome challenges and transform their lives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of backend/fullstack web development experience in Java (preferably Spring)
- Experience building custom interface components and clean, portable code
- Experience building applications that scale and adhere to industry best practices
- Strong desire to continually learn and grow in the software engineering craft
- Experience experimenting with AI/AI concepts
