Job Description
The Chief Lending Officer will lead the strategic direction, oversight, and performance of the bank’s lending operations, overseeing commercial, consumer, and municipal lending. This role involves leading the Business Banking department, developing strategic initiatives, and working closely with senior leadership to ensure compliance and a high-performance culture. The CLO will lead lending in Marquette County, Copper Country, Kingsford, and Green Bay.
Requirements
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for all lending functions.
- Create, manage, and lead strategic initiatives for the Business Banking department.
- Develop and implement lending strategies that support the bank’s growth, profitability, and risk management objectives.
- Actively participate in Officer, Directors and Board Loan Committees.
- Oversee loan portfolio performance and report to the CEO.
- Mentor and develop lending staff.
