Facility Manager

Range Commercial Partners, Inc. is hiring a Facility Manager to oversee daily building operations, manage the facility budget, and provide excellent customer service to tenants. The ideal candidate will have a high school education or higher and two or more years of experience in real estate, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

• High School Education or higher and two or more years of experience in real estate - residential or commercial
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
• Ability to effectively present information
• Mid-level to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of financial terms and principles and understanding of operating budgets
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents
• Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations
• Intermediate analytical and quantitative skills
