Job Description
Range USA is hiring an Assistant Store Leader to contribute to its success by leading a team of engaged store associates, creating and maintaining the Range USA experience for customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. The Assistant Store Leader is responsible for supervising the workplace, managing sales performance, and sustaining brand equity.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 or more years of retail sales experience
- Availability to work a flexible schedule and hours necessary to open and/or close the store including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), inventory management systems and POS systems
