Job Description
Join Range USA as a Sales Associate and help provide the easiest and best customer service in the USA. You'll work in a dynamic retail environment, assisting customers with product knowledge, sales skills, and operations to convert customers to buyers. This is a part-time non-exempt hourly role with opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
- Commitment to the mission of Range USA
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Greet customers and facilitate the customer experience
- Maintain the range timer for proper tracking of customer time
- Ensure an efficient and compliant range firearm rental process
- Maintain compliance with all involved government agencies including 4473 and background check processes
- Remain up to date on new product and industry news
- Check the pickup dashboard every hour and pick new orders when acting as an ecommerce picker
