Job Description
Welcome to RangeWater! We're looking for an Assistant Community Manager to support our team in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of our community. As a Ranger, you'll be responsible for leasing and marketing efforts, completing daily transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance and appeal of the property.
Requirements
- Supports leasing and marketing efforts in person to achieve the property's revenue and occupancy goals
- Completes daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community
- Responsible for safety, cleanliness, and general appearance and appeal of property
