Assistant Community Manager - Multi-Site - Haven at the Highlands

The Assistant Community Manager role is a multi-site opportunity for Haven at the Highlands and Legato Lakes, and the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial and operational aspects of the community.

Requirements

• Support and assist the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the community
• Complete accounting and reporting tasks, prepare monthly close-out and financial reports, and process invoices for payment
• Collect rent, fees, and other payments, complete bank deposits, dispositions, and account reconciliations, and use the property management system to record, track, and report on all financial workings of the property
• Support leasing and marketing efforts in person to achieve the property's revenue and occupancy goals
• Complete daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community, review and submit invoices from vendors, contractors, and service providers for payment
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market and economic trends that may impact the property and recommend improvements
• Maintain a safe, clean, and general appearance and appeal of the property, and report any mechanical and electrical equipment malfunctions as well as employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents
• Act as the on-site supervisor in the absence of the Community Manager by organizing and delegating daily work, coordinating maintenance and make-ready tasks with the maintenance supervisor, and managing the operation of the community in compliance with Company policies, procedures, and business practices
