Community Manager - Cartersville, GA

RangeWater is looking for a Community Manager to manage and coordinate the team members' daily activities and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals. The role entails managing team members, performing employee evaluations, meeting targeted revenue goals, and ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-3 years of supervisor experience
• 1-3 years of multi-family property management experience
• Proven skills in hiring, leading, directing, evaluating, and managing subordinates and team members
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
• Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
• Current valid driver's license
