Leasing Consultant - Fort Meyers, FL

Leasing Consultant at RangeWater, responsible for executing marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. Perform sales and leasing activities, design and execute offsite marketing activities, and follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background
• Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
• Current Valid Driver's License
