Leasing Consultant - Midway Row House

RangeWater is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join their team. As a Ranger, you will execute the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will work in a fast-paced environment, greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background
• Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
• Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
