Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled WebOps Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving technical challenges, thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, and can confidently step in to support or fill in for the Manager of WebOps when needed.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience with WordPress, hosting management, or technical website operations
- Strong understanding of DNS, CDNs, caching, performance optimization, and website architecture
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues across technical stacks
- Familiarity with GA4, GTM, CallRail, GSC, and ad tracking pixels
- Exceptional communication skills
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals is a plus
