Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales or commercial leadership in cold chain, packaging, logistics, food, pharma/biotech, or related technical product categories
- Proven hunter mentality with track record of building new relationships, opening new markets and closing complex deals
- Experience selling technical or solution-based products—ideally packaging, logistics systems, or performance-driven materials
- Solid understanding of thermal packaging, temperature control, or supply chain requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resourceful, and willing to build processes from scratch
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
