Field Service Technician - Illinois

Field Service Technician services Ranpak equipment, including preventative maintenance, installation, troubleshooting issues, and responding to customer/distributor complaints and requests.

Requirements

• Troubleshoots customer machine problems in person or over the phone to successful resolution
• Generates orders for required parts needed
• Travels as required to end users to perform service
• Handles and processes returned service parts
• Performs preventative maintenance on machines as time allows
• Assists distributors in installing new machines and machine upgrades
• Submits activity reports and other required documentation
