Packaging Engineer

Ranpak is seeking a dynamic and experienced Packaging Engineer to join our EMEA team. The role involves designing, testing, and delivering cost-effective, high-performance protective packaging solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Mechanical or Material Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in packaging engineering, R&D, or product development.
• Strong, hands-on mentality with a willingness to work in a lab environment.
• Proven project leadership skills and the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
• Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both Dutch and German, and a good command of English.
• Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 25-30%).
