Staff Product Designer

We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to drive the transformation of how users engage with a cybersecurity platform. The role involves leading the design of scalable, modular product experiences and collaborating closely with research, product, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product or UX design, ideally in B2B, enterprise, or platform environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex, systems-level design initiatives.
• Experience designing for data-rich, technical workflows or advanced user interfaces.
• Strong collaboration skills with research, product, and engineering partners.
• Ability to define and measure design impact through success metrics and analytics.
• Experience contributing to or managing design systems.
• Familiarity with or interest in object-oriented design, platform logic, and data models.
• Strong skills in systems thinking, interaction design, and data-connected workflows.
• Proficiency in Figma and related design tools.
• Curiosity about how AI and automation can enhance product efficiency and user experience.
