Job Description
Rapsodo is a Sports Technology company looking for an IT Support Specialist with experience in cloud-based systems and end-user support to provide day-to-day IT support for employees across multiple offices.
Requirements
- Provide L1/L2 support for Windows, Linux, macOS, network, VPN, and biometric systems.
- Manage cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure AD, AWS) and SaaS applications with access control and SSO.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for multi-office users.
- Administer Azure AD, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and ensure IT security compliance.
- Handle device setup, enrollment, compliance, and remote support via MDM tools like Intune.
- Maintain IT asset records, document issues, and follow ITSM procedures and SLAs.
- Collaborate on IT process improvements, budgeting, and documentation.
