Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a variety of stakeholders in the implementation of our work to automate 'Empathy', a technologically challenging robotics solution. The role involves close collaboration with logistics consultants and vendors to ensure smooth implementation, handling challenges with complex projects to 100 billion yen in size, and ensuring customer needs are met with efficient communication. This is a challenging opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge robot technology.

Requirements

• Experience in the field of logistics or logistics (Project Manager role) or working in an industry where you can kick off and close to closure, or having a similar experience.
• Experience in logistics (End user in the deal)
• Experience in structuring, coordinating and driving the completion of end-to-end stakeholders such as ERP or end users and driving the complete end-to-end implementation through UAT (user acceptance testing).
• Experience in complex software systems like warehouses, logistics systems (WMS) or large system engineering, consulting and requirements definition to production release.
• Strong communication skills with customers and flexible communication skills for negotiating requirements
• Experience of leading a company and projects, and having excellent Japanese communication skills and understanding of Japanese business culture
• No conflict with English use.
