Job Description
Our Tokyo Engineering team is scaling to meet evolving enterprise customer needs. We build next-generation logistics automation solutions powered by yrapyuta.io. This role involves architecting and owning the entire QA ecosystem, from strategy to automation, CI/CD, and governance, working directly with real robots and simulating systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance or test automation
- 2+ years in a lead or architectural role
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Solid grounding in system-level validation
- Solid grounding in Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Deep understanding of Linux environments and modern CI/CD pipelines
- Strong expertise in Python testing frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Robot Framework)
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-based testing
