Client Service Representative

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Client Service Representative to join our team at Westford Veterinary Emergency Referral Center. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, preparing patient files, and handling medical records entries accurately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a front desk or reception role required, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting
• Previous experience working as a Veterinary Receptionist/CSR is preferred but not required
• Significant experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment
• Must be a team player and have compassion for pets and their people
