The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new sales through data collection, lead generation, prospecting, data organization, data analysis, and phone contact. The role aims to expand the company sales force by initiating contact with prospective customers and selling them plastic resin.
Requirements
- Qualify all incoming new customer sales lead opportunities
- Handle sales and customer service functions for specific customers
- Work closely with Regional Commercial Directors for account manager assignment
- Act as primary salesperson for specific accounts
- Work with Technical Service Team for grade recommendations and selection
- Interact with Buyer and transportation group for quoting purposes
- Form and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments
