Senior Maintenance Shift Tech

Provide relentless on-shift maintenance support for plant equipment, buildings, and operations. Ensure quality, safety, performance, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met. Support and encourage continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent value
• Must have completed vocational school Industrial Maintenance program or have two years (minimum) work experience in the field of Industrial Maintenance
• Ability to operate a fork truck and articulate boom
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, people management and problem solving skills
• Ability to read, speak and write English efficiently preferred
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented and ability to prioritize
• Ability to multi-task
• Preferred if skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word
