Ravio is a data company that helps companies get compensation right. We're looking for a Head of Data to lead our data function and team, and help us scale our data platform to support thousands of new customers globally.

Requirements

• Define and execute the technical strategy for Ravio's data platform
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing data team
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across the company
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through analytics and insight
