Health & Safety Engineer

Raycap S.A. seeks a Health & Safety Engineer to ensure a safe and compliant working environment across its industrial facilities in Drama, Greece. The role involves identifying and evaluating potential workplace hazards, implementing preventive measures, and training company personnel on health and safety regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Production Engineering, or related field)
• Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of occupational health & safety legislation and standards
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and safety audits
• Ability to train, communicate, and influence employees on health & safety matters
• Very good command of Greek and English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
