IT Project Manager

Raycap S.A. is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing operations, focusing on automation, system integration, and Industry 4.0 solutions.

Requirements

• Designing, developing, and testing automation solutions within machinery and industrial environments
• Identifying opportunities for process optimization through digital technologies
• Supporting and contributing to Industry 4.0 initiatives, including smart factory concepts and data-driven manufacturing
• Eliminating defects and errors within product and software development
• Participating in and complying with quality and IT standards, cybersecurity requirements, and industrial best practices
• Implementation and maintenance of custom software solutions, including machine-to-machine (M2M) integration
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
