Job Description
RLG Consulting Engineers is seeking a Structural Project Manager to deliver projects on time and within budget. This role involves collaborating with clients, design team members, and supervisors, while also mentoring and training junior staff. It requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a proactive approach to identifying client opportunities.
Requirements
- Prepare proposals and requests for qualifications
- Review and approve project designs
- Prepare construction documents for supervisor review
- Conduct site visits and write reports
- Monitor quality and progress of project(s)
- Track schedules, monitor budgets
- File documentation of organized calculations
- Attend meetings with clients
- Professional development
- Strong understanding of building codes
- PE or SE License
- Proficiency with Revit
