Requirements

• Knowledge in Ruby on Rails and previous experience in code delivery
• Familiarity with object-oriented concepts
• Knowledge in some backend programming language
• Ability to write tested code and with observability
• Good communication (verbal and written), especially in remote context
• Technical curiosity and openness to learn from more experienced people
