RDI is building a clinical trial engine to improve trial execution and data management. The Clinical Operations Lead will own trial execution, design systems, mentor junior operators, and ensure compliance. The role is hands-on and requires a proactive, problem-solving approach, without a centralized management structure.
Requirements
- Run full clinical trials from start to finish with accountability for timelines, vendors, and data.
- Deep familiarity with GCP, ICH, IRB, site management, and clinical regulations.
- Ability to spot operational risks and correct course-correct without drama.
