Job Description
RDI is looking for a Lab Technician to support research and testing operations. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with instruments, running and troubleshooting assays, and helping ensure that lab projects stay on track.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with automated analyzers in hospital, academic, or industry labs
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related discipline; OR recent graduates pursuing MedTech or CLS certification
- Hands-on experience processing blood, urine, and swab specimens
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail, organization, and comfort working in a fast-paced team environment
