Job Description
Robert D. Niehaus, Inc. (RDN) is seeking Associate Housing Analysts/Economists to contribute to their housing market analysis program. This role involves conducting primary research, analyzing geospatial and economic datasets, and writing reports on housing demand and supply. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or other social science (or equivalent)
- Demonstrable skills in quantitative analysis
- Experience in applied research and report writing
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel (approximately 25% of the time)
- Valid Driver’s License and pass government background check
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
