Job Description

They are launching a new aerospace production line at RBNK in New Kensington, PA, focused on precision components and electromechanical sub-assemblies for a diverse range of customers. The role involves building a production operation, driving operational readiness, and leading a high-performing team to meet targets and contribute to strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership, with preference for electromechanical systems or high-volume, high-precision assembly
- Demonstrated success building and scaling operations in fast-paced environments
- Deep knowledge of Lean manufacturing, ERP systems, and production planning best practices
- Strong business acumen; ability to interpret operating metrics and financials to drive performance
- Inspiring leadership style with a track record of developing talent and fostering high-engagement teams
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- U.S. Person status under Export Control regulations
