Job Description
Rea is seeking a Tax Manager to advise clients on tax implications, evaluate alternative actions to minimize tax burden, and act as a primary contact for complex tax issues. Requirements
- 5-8 years of prior experience in taxation
- Prior supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tax, Accounting or related field
- CPA certification
- Experience with federal tax compliance, federal tax accounting, and tax analysis
- Ability to be a person of influence with strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude
