Accounting Analyst

REAL is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join their finance team and support financial operations. The role involves analyzing financial data, supporting decision-making, and ensuring accurate reporting. This is a dynamic, innovative role for someone with a strong finance/accounting foundation.

Requirements

• Analyze financial statements and data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for management.
• Work closely with the customers team to support daily accounting activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Partner with other departments to provide financial insights.
• Translate financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Ability to interpret financial data and clearly communicate insights.
