Full Stack Tech Lead Engineer

REAL is building an AI Execution Platform for real estate organizations, converting fragmented data into connected intelligence and automated action. As a Tech Lead, you'll develop end-to-end product features using a modern stack, architect the future, collaborate with customers, and lead and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Typescript, Angular, Python, AWS
• Expertise with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent), including services like SQS, Lambda, and more
• Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring and guiding teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working with complex, scalable systems
