Job Description
REAL is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead a dynamic engineering team and develop end-to-end features using Node.js, Angular, Python, Postgres, and AWS CDK. The ideal candidate is a self-directed learner with 7+ years of experience and a strong proficiency in relational databases, cloud platforms, and services.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
- Expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS or similar) and services including expertise in services such as SQS, Lambda, and others
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and guiding teams
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to debug, optimize, and scale complex systems
- Self-directed learner who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
