Nursing Informatics Specialist (NP)

Fair Chance Act compliant company seeks a Nursing Informatics Specialist (NP) to design, configure, and optimize clinical workflows within EHR systems, including SmartCare, Epic, and related public-sector health IT platforms. Must have licensure as a Nurse Practitioner and experience in behavioral health, medication management, and e-prescribing workflows.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the United States
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Technology, or related field
• Five (5) years of NP experience in behavioral health settings
• Three (3) years of direct experience supporting EHR systems, clinical informatics, workflow analysis, or related health IT functions
• Experience working with other clinicians and operational teams to improve workflow and system usability
