Assistant Resident Manager 2-Person Team (Surrey)

Realstar is a leading residential property management company seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to join a 2-person team at one of its properties in Surrey. The role includes a rent-free apartment suite, employer-paid benefits, and a schedule with four weekdays, every other weekend, and occasional on-call evening shifts.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Previous or similar property management experience (an asset)
• Display a professional/presentable appearance
• Knowledge and understanding of the safe handling of cleaning materials (WHMIS)
• Ability to perform general cleaning duties, and minor maintenance repairs
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
