Employee Communications Specialist

Realtor.com is looking for an Employee Communications Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field and will be responsible for creating and delivering compelling content to support business objectives, engage employees, and strengthen the company culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field
• Excellent writing, editing, and project-management and production-design skills
• Experience with content creation and delivery
• Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience managing and maintaining internal communication tools
