Senior Data Analyst- Avail

Realtor.com is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help shape the future of Avail, a fast-growing platform transforming how independent landlords and tenants manage the rental experience. As a trusted partner to the Avail leadership team, you will analyze large and complex data sets, define and track business KPIs, and deliver clear recommendations that inform critical decisions across strategy, product, marketing, and operations.

Requirements

• Partner closely with Avail business stakeholders to understand/clarify needs and requirements, and translate them into analytical problems.
• Independently conduct end-to-end data analytical work from data collection, ETL, analysis, to the delivery of insights and recommendations.
• Serve as Avail’s Business Intelligence expert and own KPI development, measurement, tracking, and reporting.
• Build automated reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Mixpanel, etc.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis using a variety of internal and external data sources.
• Work with Avail leadership team on strategic initiatives and planning, providing analytical support on financial modeling, forecast, opportunity sizing, and so on.
