Requirements
- 10+ years of performance marketing experience with a deep focus on Paid Social media buying and execution
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven success managing and scaling multi-million-dollar Paid Social budgets with direct platform buying responsibility
- Experience buying campaigns across multiple business lines
- Strong understanding of Meta's performance tools
- Advanced analytics skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights
