Job Description
Rebellion is a large, independent video game development studio founded by Jason and Chris Kingsley. They are seeking a skilled back-end Senior Online Developer to build and support internal and external web APIs, working on both internal and public-facing tools. This is a great opportunity for a talented developer to contribute to a vibrant team and utilize JavaScript in a performant backend setting.
Requirements
- Strong experience with NodeJS, Javascript and TypeScript.
- Knowledge of front end frameworks like Vue and React.
- Strong experience with databases such as MySQL.
- Familiarity with AWS or equivalent cloud environments.
- Strong experience with software development tools and version control systems (Git/Perforce desirable).
- Comfortable modifying/maintaining applications written in other languages (such as PHP) is desirable.
- Experience writing serverless functions (AWS Lambda/Azure Functions) is a bonus.
