Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, Sales or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, sales preferably in the engineering field
• Strong understanding of engineering roles and skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
• Proactive approach to recruiting and building candidate relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
