Job Description
We are seeking a talented Survey Technician to join a leading land surveying team in Plano, Frisco, Dallas or Fort Worth, TX. The role involves collaborating with Registered Professional Surveyors to assist in CAD productions, data processing, and project workflows. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
Requirements
- Track record of 1-5 years in a Survey Technician role.
- Active pursuit of an SIT (Surveyor-in-Training) registration (preferred).
- Expertise in ALTA surveys, boundary analysis, topographic surveys, easement document preparation, legal descriptions, and final plat preparation.
- Proficiency in Trimble Business Center, Trimble Data Center, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong grasp of Microsoft Office tools.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
