Job Description
RecargaPay is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their team and help deliver a payment experience for Brazilian consumers and small businesses. They are focused on building a digital ecosystem with a bias for action and are a remote, AI-first team scaling in the Brazilian financial market. The role involves building and maintaining credit models, designing A/B tests, and contributing to data pipeline development.
Requirements
- Develop and implement advanced machine learning models
- Design and conduct complex data analyses
- Optimize and maintain existing credit models
- Lead the design and execution of A/B tests
- Build and optimize robust data pipelines
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark
- Strong knowledge of classification, regression, and clustering algorithms
- Statistical Knowledge (A/B testing and statistics)
