State Partnerships Manager (Boston, MA)

Recidiviz is hiring a State Partnerships Manager to partner with state correctional departments to safely and equitably reduce prison populations. The ideal candidate has a blend of account management, product management, and political strategy skills, with a passion for doing work that matters. The role requires regular in-state travel and a commitment to building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, product management, political strategy / lobbying, business development, policy, or similar role
• Understanding of how to make progress in challenging environments
• Be a proactive problem solver
• Open-minded, humble, and curious
• Be comfortable with, and excited by, technology
