Job Description
Recite Me is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Associate to ensure clients have a smooth onboarding experience with their web content accessibility solutions. The role involves guiding clients through implementation, managing legacy accounts, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in process improvements to improve client retention and revenue growth. The role is key to success as it involves close collaboration with other teams and a focus on client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service, or a related B2B role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confident, clear communicator (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple implementation tasks
- Basic familiarity with websites and platforms (HTML, WordPress, or similar)
- Quick learner with a proactive, positive attitude
- Interest in Accessibility, Diversity, Inclusion, and the Digital World
